Welcome to VersaCheck Online (VCO) (“VCO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VersaCheck Online platform, including all services, features, and subscription plans offered through our website or related applications (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VCO does not provide banking services and is not a financial institution. All funds transfers are performed through your own bank or payment provider.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use any bank account, financial information, or payment method linked to the Service. By using VCO, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
VCO is not a bank, payment processor, or financial intermediary. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any check or payment created using the Service is authorized, accurate, and compliant with your financial institution’s requirements. VCO does not monitor your bank account activity and is not responsible for any overdrafts, rejected checks, or insufficient funds.
VCO offers four subscription tiers (“Plans”): Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Pro, with monthly pricing currently ranging from $7.49 to $24.99 USD per month.
Annual plans may also be available at discounted rates.
All prices are subject to change at any time. Any change in pricing or plan features will be communicated in advance where required by law.
By subscribing, you authorize VCO (and its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees based on your selected plan.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify VCO immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

VCO shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
In the event a payment is rejected or returned due to incorrect credit card information or insufficient funds, VCO may charge a non-refundable processing fee to cover bank costs.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are the property of VersaCheck Online or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.
VCO’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VCO for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
VCO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that generated checks will be accepted by all financial institutions.
VCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for suspected fraudulent activity.
